Yes. You can add 5% VAT to commercial lease invoices where it applies. Please confirm tax treatment with your advisor.
Can I store Ejari or Tawtheeq numbers?
Yes. Store the registration reference and documents with each lease.
Do I need to install anything?
No. LeaseLogic runs in your browser and works on desktop, tablet and phone.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes. We help you import properties, units, tenants and leases from Excel.
Is there a tenant portal?
Yes. Tenants can view invoices, request maintenance and download documents.
Can owners see their own reports?
Yes. The owner portal gives owners statements and performance reports for their properties.
